In this Member Info section, you can override the default number of Sub–Accounts, Dependents and Babysitters your club allows on a per member basis. These amounts are initially set by the Membership product they have purchased. If you need these amounts adjusted later for a larger subset of members, the Import / Export option or Database Tools can be used.
Dependent names and birthdays are generally added by the individual member or during your initial upload. Board Members can view them here, and add or change them if needed. The names in this section will be listed in your website’s Front Desk Mode or our Front Desk app. This information is only used for Check-In purposes. It is not shared with other members.
