Our Forms module can be used for any kind of sign-up, RSVP, condition report, survey, Board of Director election, etc… Submission results are viewable online or exportable to CSV with timestamps, and can be Publicized via communications to the the word out. To get started, head into the Board Member Dashboard of your site, and look for the Forms dashboard icon.
From the Forms Dashboard you can create a new form, or view, edit, publicize, or export the results of an existing form.
Choose a Form that interests you and experiment. You can always delete the form as long as no one has submitted information yet.
Once you’ve got one ready, Publicize your form to ensure maximum Member input. You can also choose to highlight a certain form in the top-left of your Member Dashboard.
