When updating your site’s cart/code base you might get a message that PayPal requires more information. This is usually solved by signing into PayPal.com then going to your Account Profile (top right) and finding the Payment Preferences tab.

If asked about Executives/Owners:
Within the Account Owner Information, if you are prompted to enter info about the Executives or Beneficial Owners, check the box that says you, the primary authorized user, is also a Beneficial Owner but do NOT check anything that says you own any percentage of the business. This step is solely for verification that you are a human being in the USA and it is required of all businesses. Clicking this box will populate your information into the other fields, and is appropriate since there are no majority owners.
